When you receive a parking ticket, you are required to make payment for the fine and inform GigaRider on the payment made. 

If the parking ticket involved demerit point(s), the Traffic Police will snail mail the letter of offense to GigaRider.

GigaRider will then submit the Rider's particular to the Traffic Police. 

Thereafter, the letter of offense will be resend to the Rider.
